Lineapelle, InTheMaking ATTO II. Digital installation part of Capriccio, Leather Experience exhibited at Lineapelle Fair for the 2nd Edition of IN THE MAKING by Giorgio Linea of Barbara Ricchi. In the desolate landscape of an upside down fabric, irregular envelopes create amorphous figures with a familiar flavour. This is how the leather is removed from the semantic context of the industrial and artisanal production, claims to be a waste material of the agri-food chain of meat, enhancing the beauty and elegance of its appearance, the plasticity of its physics and the quality of a timeless product. The fulcrum of an environmental and economic balance of a consumer food chain.
